This was my first time to visit Dr. Helman's office. I appreciated Dr. Helman's friendly manner and direct approach to the issues I am experiencing. Dr. Helman also actively listened to me regarding my symptoms and history and was very positive in the way he responded by telling me that he was going to do all he could to get to the bottom of my symptoms.

Dr Helman is a fabulous physician who provides precise unbiased answers to questions, however difficult the answers may be, is detailed in his research and diagnosis and errs on safety and real need with his treatment rather than scattering drugs around willy nilly. As an ex-midfield soccer player he is always willing to get into the nitty gritty of world football, and as he did then, you feel that he has a plan for your condition. I have trusted in him completely for several years and will continue to do so until one of us falls over...

All I have to say is, since I have started to see Doctors regarding my issue. Or issues. Between the 4 of them. I’ve got to say, Dr. Hellman is the only one. Who acts like he generally cares about you. If you have an appt, they don’t have a waiting room full of people. And treat you like a number. Their staff knows how to schedule the appointments. Without scheduling three people at one time. I never have to wait when I go there. They are very friendly and very organized. It runs very smoothly in that office. Dr. Hellman treats you like a person, not a number. He actually sits and talks to you. Since I have been going to various doctors these last eight months. No one has done that. Never mind the receptionist. You’re lucky if they even say hi to you..To me, that makes a big difference. Especially when you’re in pain and not feeling well.It put me at ease. This is one office that I truly trust..

Office staff were friendly. Dr.helman impressed me. It was obvious that he read my history prior to meeting with me. He was attentive and friendly putting me at ease. I left feeling that he really cared and if anyone could help me; he would.

Very Professional and listened to me. Explained in a manner that I could understand. Dr. Helman is Awesome. Asked if I had any questions to ensure that before I left I had proper information. Oh, and I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to see him.

Staff and provider were very welcoming and competent. I feel I am seeing an appropriate provider with my healthcare journey since head injury in June. Just wish it had been sooner. But this is apparently how Workman’s Comp works.

Dr. Helman is the best Doctor ever, very kind, listens to what you say. Office staff not so good, I would rate them at 1 ☆. Sorry, but it's the truth. I've been a patient of Dr. Herman's since 2011.
