What Is New

Our New Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) makes it faster and more efficient to send out your referrals and receive your test results. EMR also gives the patient the freedom to take a more active role in their healthcare by allowing patients to: review their medical records, ask for prescription refills, pay a bill, schedule an appointment and much more. We are very excited to have “gone live” with this system as of November 2011. Our doctors and staff are working very diligently to ensure this system works as well as it is designed to do. Our goal in utilizing EMR, as is the goal in everything we do at CCN, is to make sure our patients get the very best care possible.

Please note this system is still new to our office. We are working to make this transition as smooth as possible to avoid any delay in our services. However, because this program is so new there may be an initial delay in scheduling an appointment. We will continue to do our very best to respond to you on all referrals and questions that you may have during this transition. Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation in this matter.
